In October 2023, SK Securities became the first Korean private institution to acquire the status of AE (Accredited Entity) carrying out the GCF (Green Climate Fund) projects. SK Securities will play a leading role as the one and only Korean private financial institution accessible to the GCF funds, the world’s largest climate fund, to effectively support developing countries through various GCF projects with the goal of reducing greenhouse gases and adapting to climate change.
