The Guard of the Ethics Guide

The system is designed to establish an ethical corporate culture by proactively and
effectively controlling management risks and resolving employees’ grievances and
inconveniences in a fair and swift manner through the promotion of internal reports
on illegal or unjustifiable actions by the members of the company.
Subject to Report
- Illegal or unjustifiable act in violation of the related laws and constitution such as the Capital Market Act of Korea or internal rules and procedures.
- Illegal or unjustifiable instructions by the Senior Members and violations of the Code of Ethics.
- Hiding or delaying the reports of accidents and any obvious signs of possible accidents.
How to Report
You can contact the head of the compliance team by website, phone, email, written, fax, or
face-to-face meeting to inform/report by real name or anonymous.

Protecting the Reporter
SK Securities implements an established system to protect informants as below
- Confidentiality : We never expose or indicate the identity without the consent of the informants.
- Security of Identity : We protect informants from possible disadvantages or discrimination (transfer of positions or departments) due to obtained information or related statements for the informants.
- Reward: The informants will be rewarded if all risks are prevented in advance.
