To realize ‘BOD-centered Management’, we have been operating an independent Board of Directors since May of 2008. The Audit Committee, Risk Management Committee, Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee, and ESG Committee within the BOD ensure efficient operations as well as objectivity and expertise in decision-making. In particular, the Nomination Committee recommends candidates for the BOD who fulfill the qualifications stated in related regulations to maintain the BOD’s independence and impartiality.
